September 9-13 we'll be bicycling over 320 miles again for the Climate Ride, from Eureka to San Francisco. Last year we rode through torrential rain and thanks to your help I raised over $2,400 for great organizations working hard towards sustainability. Please help support this effort for bicycle advocacy and to help solve the climate crisis!

I'm so excited to be riding with The Greenbelt Alliance Team again. For 6 years in a row I rode 480 miles around the Bay Area with Go Greenbelt! Thanks so much to so many of you that sponsored me. That ride's legacy now feeds the CliImate Ride. The Greenbelt Alliance works to preserve the best of the Bay Area and champions smart growth, including preserving open space, promoting urban villages, and of course advocating for bicycling and transit. These are real solutions to the challenges of our growing population and climate change.
It is very clear that there are a host of issues affecting the health of our planet and economy. Right now, it is more important than ever to work toward a sustainable and green future. A great way that you can help do something meaningful, substantial, and concrete is to support my fundraising for Climate Ride. I'm riding more than 300 miles toward this effort and raising money for non-profit organizations that I really believe in. Your generous donation will help my beneficiaries work to turn the tide, build the green economy, and secure our energy future.
The money I raise will go to the the Greenbelt Alliance, Sierra Club California, and NRDC.
Sierra Club California fights to promote the preservation, restoration, and enjoyment of California's environment. We work to support a safe and healthy community in which to live, smart energy solutions to combat global warming, and an enduring legacy for America's wild places.
NRDC works to solve the most pressing environmental issues we face today: curbing global warming, getting toxic chemicals out of the environment, moving America beyond oil, reviving our oceans, saving wildlife and wild places, and helping China go green. Funds from Climate Ride support NRDC's initiatives to create the Clean Energy Future.
